Privacy policy

In two sentences

The game collects nothing at all: your playthrough never leaves your device. The site collects one thing, and only if you hand it over yourself: your email address, so we can tell you when the game is out.

The game

“Pizza dans le ciel” runs entirely on your phone. There is no account, no sign-up and no game server.

• Progress, settings, high scores: stored in the app’s private storage on your device. Nothing is sent to the publisher. Deleting the app erases them.
• No advertising, no analytics, no tracker: the game embeds nothing of the kind.
• No sensitive permissions: the game asks for neither location, nor contacts, nor microphone, nor camera.
• In-app purchases: once offered, they will be handled by Apple. The publisher receives no card number and no buyer identity — only an aggregate sales figure.

Apple separately collects download and crash statistics, depending on your device settings. That processing is Apple’s, under Apple’s own privacy policy.

The site

The site is a presentation page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party resource: fonts and images are served by the site itself.

The “notify me” form is the site’s only collection.

• What is collected: your email address, nothing else.
• Why: to send you one message on release day. That is the only use.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
• For how long: until that message is sent, and at the latest twelve months after you sign up. The address is then deleted.
• Who can see it: the publisher, and no one else. Addresses are never shared, sold or passed to a third-party mailing service.

Server logs: like any website, the host technically records incoming requests (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the service running and secure. These logs are kept by the host for a limited period and are not used for analysis by the publisher.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to and port data concerning you. Since the only data held is an email address you provided yourself, an erasure request takes one line: write to contact@pizzadansleciel.fr and the address is deleted.

If an answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr.

Children

The game collects no data, so in that respect it suits any age. The form on the site is not aimed at children under fifteen: if an address reaches us from a child, it is deleted as soon as we know.

Changes

Any change to this document will be published on this page, with its date. If the game were ever to collect anything, it would be written here, plainly, beforehand.
