The game
“Pizza dans le ciel” is an iPhone game distributed by Apple on the App Store. The game is free. In-app purchases, once offered, will be handled end to end by Apple: no payment data passes through the publisher, who has access to no payment method whatsoever.
No Android version has been released to date.
Intellectual property
The game and the site — their code, backgrounds, characters, cards, texts, music and interface — are protected by French intellectual property law. They were created for this game and belong to the publisher.
Reproducing, extracting or reusing this content, in whole or in part, on any medium, is prohibited without prior written permission. Playing the game and talking about it, of course, requires no permission at all: videos, live streams and screenshots are welcome.
The names “Pizza dans le ciel” and “Nineteen Fifty Stars”, and the visual identities attached to them, belong to the publisher.
What the game is not
The game features food. It depicts and names no brand, no business and no real person. Any resemblance would be coincidental.
Fonts and libraries
The site uses Playfair Display and Manrope, distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and the animations rely on GSAP and its ScrollTrigger module (GreenSock). A copy of each is served by the site itself.
No resource is loaded from a third-party service: no font, no script, no image. No visitor data therefore reaches an outside provider.

The site links to the App Store and to nineteenfiftystars.fr. The publisher has no control over data processing carried out by third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for it.
